B. THESIS PROPOSAL SEMINAR

I . Pathway of Proposing the Examiner for Thesis Proposal

• Form of Feasibility of The Thesis Proposal which is filled and signed by The Supervisor (T-03)
• Statement Letter of Using Reference Manager in the preparation of Thesis Proposal (T-04)
• Form of The Proposal Examiner Submission ( T-05)
• Fill out and upload document at http:ugm.id/pendaftaranpengujiproposaltesis

II.  Thesis Proposal Seminar

• Approval Letter for proposal examination (T-06)
• Official minute of Thesis proposal seminar (T-07)
• Form of Thesis proposal Assessment (T-08)
• Invitation letter for proposal Thesis Examination

After Thesis Proposal Seminar, students are required to submit Soft file (PDF) Revised Thesis Proposal no more than 2 (months) after the Thesis Proposal Seminar (sent email to prodi-mfk.farmasi@ugm.ac.id)

• Approval of Thesis Proposal (bounded with a thesis proposal)

C. THESIS DEFENSE

I. Pathway of Proposing The Examiners for Thesis

• Form of Thesis Examiner Submission ( T-09)
• Statement Letter of Using Reference Manager in the Preparation of Thesis (T-10)
• Form of Feasibility of Thesis which is filled and signed by Thesis Supervisor (T-11)
• Attendance Card of Thesis Seminar to prove the Attendance for other seminar at least 3 times (T-12)
