UGM Pharmacy – Master of Clinical Pharmacy students conducted a stunting prevention program in Kalierang Village, Wonosobo, as part of a community service initiative titled “Stunting Prevention Counseling for Prospective Brides, Pregnant Women, and Mothers with Toddlers” (26/02). The program aimed to raise awareness about stunting and educate participants with the knowledge to promote healthy child growth through proper nutrition.
The event focused on prospective brides, pregnant women, and mothers with toddlers, offering engaging presentations and discussions. Participants were encouraged to ask questions and share their experiences, creating a collaborative learning atmosphere. To ensure lasting impact, attendees received the “MAMA GANI” booklet, which contains practical tips for preventing stunting. Additionally, supplements and health products, such as Vitamin Ever-C, Hada Angin Herbal Syrup, and Konicare Hand Sanitizer, were distributed to strengthen the importance of maternal health, with sponsorship support from Konimex.
